Scotland New Build Starts Drop 12% From Last Year | The number of homes under construction in Scotland has fallen an alarming 12% year over year. Similarly, new build completions are down by 10%. These poor home construction results are being blamed on the rising building costs and the underfunding of Scotland's affordable housing program. PropertyWire |
