University of Kentucky's longtime basketball coach John Calipari is selling his Lexington, Kentucky, home. U.K. Rents Rose for the Fourth Month in a Row in April

April rents in the U.K. were up 1.6% from the previous month, marking the fourth consecutive monthly increase, according to the HomeLet Rental Index. Annually, countrywide rents are up 7.9%, and they've increased by 35.8% since before the pandemic. Las Vegas Home Sales Surged in April

The Las Vegas real estate market was hot in April, according to a report from Las Vegas Realtors. Home sales were up 19.2% from a year ago, with a total of 2,960 existing local homes, condos and townhomes sold. Prices were up as well, with the median single-family home price jumping 9.1% annually to $469,000, remaining below May 2022's record price of $482,000. Prices for condos and townhouses were also up, rising 7.4% year over year to a median of $290,000. World Property Journal
