The 'Roseanne' Home Is for Sale, Asking $225,000

A home in Evansville, Indiana, that was used for exterior shots on ABC's long-running sitcom  "Roseanne," the original series that came before "The Conners," is now on the market. The 2,360-square-foot home, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room, is listed for $225,000. The property, which comes with a detached two-car garage, has not undergone any major renovations since the show premiered in 1988, except for the basement. TVline.com

Scotland Mansion Won in Contest Lists for £3.75 Million

A £3.75 million (US4.82 million) mansion overlooking Gleneagles golf course in Scotland has been put up for sale just four months after it was won in a raffle-style draw. The property near Auchterarder, Perthshire, was the top prize in an Omaze Million Pound House Draw last year, the first held in Scotland. The property has its own entertainment room, leisure suite, cinema room, hot tub, guest house and golf simulator. Daily Mail

B&M Store Billionaire Sells London Property at a Loss

Bobby Arora, trading director of B&M discount store, has taken a big loss on his London mansion. The home, located between Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park, was bought by Arora about 10 years ago for £34 million (US$43.7 million), and he sold it in November for £23.5 million. Property prices in London's high-end postcodes have decreased with high interest rates and higher taxes on rich residents. The Telegraph via Yahoo Finance
