A waterfront castle in Texas, located on Lake Whitney, between Dallas and Waco, is on the market for $5.5 million. "We've been in some houses before that you would call castle-style homes that are located in communities," said listing agent Eric Hacker of Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty. Nobu Residences Launch in Abu Dhabi
Sales launched Tuesday at Nobu Residences Abu Dhabi, one of the first branded residences from the Nobu hospitality brand in the Middle East. There will be 88 homes at the development, including apartments, lofts and penthouses, which will blend Nobu's Japanese design and hospitality with modern luxuries. Vancouver Rents Cool on a Monthly Basis, Remain Canada's Priciest
Rents in Vancouver fell in October as cooling weather and a surge in available rental listings pushed down prices. Rents for one- and two-bedroom apartments in the city fell about 3.5% monthly, but still remain above last year's levels.
