Following a nearly week-long competitive bidding war that saw five offers from various theatrical distributors and streamers, comedy package The Fifth Wheel with Kim Kardashian attached to star has sold to Netflix. In recent days, the number of active bids decreased from five to three, with Netflix finally putting together a proposal after Thanksgiving that won over Kardashian and co-writers Paula Pell and Janine Brito. Pell will produce with Kardashian.
