The panel was a diverse one comprising Senior Advocate at Supreme Court Gopal Sankaranarayanan, director, and MeToo warrior Vinta Nanda, advocate Sana Hakim, co-founder equilibrio advisory, and Somabha Bandopadhyay, a dancer and co-founder of unmute.help, a resource center for performing artists.

In the wide-ranging discussion, the panel discussed the various challenges of the PoSH Act, and even called for a re-haul, making it stricter and gender-neutral. The panelists were of diverse backgrounds, they spoke of challenges faced by sportspersons, performing artists, and Hindi cinema employees in filing complaints of sexual harassment. They threw light on unique challenges every industry faces and how they can be tackled best.
