Phoebe Dawson announced as LLEP CEO Phoebe Dawson has been picked as the next chief executive of the Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership (LLEP). She is currently director of business engagement and partnerships at Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership and will start in her new position in May.
