Coinbase, the second-largest crypto exchange by trading volume, released its Q4 2022 earnings on Tuesday. In the fourth quarter of 2022, Coinbase generated $605 million in total revenue, beating analyst expectations that revenue would come in at around $589 million, according to FactSet. The firm lost $557 million during the quarter on a GAAP basis (net income) worth -$2.46 per share, and an adjusted EBITDA deficit of $124 million.  Our Q4 and FY'22 financial results are in. Kaito AI, an AI-powered search engine for crypto, has raised $5.3 million in a round led by Dragonfly Capital. Other Participants in the round include Sequoia Capital, Jane Street, Mirana Ventures, Folius Ventures, and Alpha Lab Capital. According to a report from TechCrunch, the capital will be used to scale the team and accelerate development of the product. "With so much information and data available, it can be overwhelming to identify the most valuable insights for informed investment decisions," said Gengmo Qi, partner at Dragonfly. "Kaito is solving this challenge by not only aggregating information, but making it readily accessible and actionable.” In Q2 2023, the startup plans to launch a retail investor-focused search engine. Microsoft has signed a “binding” 10-year agreement to bring Call of Duty to Nintendo platforms “the same day as Xbox, with full feature and content parity.” The company’s president, Brad Smith, shared the news on Twitter, noting this new agreement is “just part of [Microsoft’s] commitment to bring Xbox games and Activision titles like Call of Duty to more players on more platforms.”  We’ve now signed a binding 10-year contract to bring Xbox games to Nintendo’s gamers. Under the agreement, Nintendo players will be able to “experience Call of Duty just as Xbox and PlayStation gamers enjoy Call of Duty”, according to Microsoft.
