Kichcha Sudeep's much-awaited and long-awaited film 'Vikrant Rona' is finally going to release on the big screen on 28th July 2022. Biggie has already created a lot of publicity among movie buffs through his trailers, posters and promotional activities. Directed and written by Anoop Bhandari, it is his third directorial venture after the critically acclaimed Rangi Tarang and Rajrath. Vikrant Rona will release domestically in six languages, the original version being Kannada and the dubbed version Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam. DISTRIBUTORS The film is produced by Shalini Jack Manju and Alankar Pandian under the banner Kichcha Creations, Shalini Arts and Invenio Films India. The team recently unveiled the list of worldwide distributors. Salman Khan Films Presents, PVR Pictures Distribution will distribute the Hindi version, while Yogish Dwarakihs Bungale's OneTwenty & Media will look at the overseas market. The south distributors are as follows Kiccha Creations Presents, Shalini Arts (Karnataka), Cosmos Entertainment (Telugu Version), Zee Studios (Tamil Version), Dulquer Slaman's, and Wayfarer Films (Malayalam version). Advance booking and budgeting The advance bookings are yet to be opened, it is expected to start from July 22, a week before the release of Vikrant Rona. Reportedly, it was supposed to be made on a budget of Rs 15 crore, but the makers increased the budget to Rs 95 crore due to the scale of the film. Box Office Collection As far as the box office performance is concerned, 2022 has been the year of Sandalwood cinema, as the industry first delivered the second part of the much awaited KGF franchise, which set the box office on fire with phenomenal performances. And then 777 Charlie hit the silver screen, with the short film being lauded by audiences and critics alike. Now, Biggie 'Vikrant Rona' which is expected to be about the same level at the box office performance, as per our initial estimate, will collect in the range of Rs 15-20 crores on Day 1, it is a mid-week release. , so we can expect it to fall in the range of Rs 50-75 crore over the 4-day extended opening weekend.
