I may not be seen in an idea role as content is more important for me.
Isha believes that the film industry has improved a lot in the last 20 years. The film industry has changed in a few years. The engagement of actors and actresses on social media has increased. Because two decades ago people did not even know what was happening in our life. He just used to see us on the screen. At that time you could not even talk about your relationship and marriage, but now a lot of things have changed, which is a good thing.
On the change in the attitude of actresses, Isha says, "Earlier actresses had to bear the ego of their hero and director. But today's generation means business. They don't come with a shelf life anymore, they just have to be talented. Isha says life time cannot be expected to be 16 years.
Please tell that Isha comes from a doctor family. She did modeling with her pocket money when she was in college. After this he turned to South Cinema and made his Bollywood debut with the song 'Khallas'. Isha says, 'There is nepotism in the industry. In the early 2000s, I was supposed to do a big project but an actress called and her daughter got the role. After this, a well-known producer called me and said that I have to stay in Hero's good books. I didn't know what he meant so I called Hero and he called me to meet him alone. During that time that hero was being accused of adultery. So he asked me to meet him directly instead of the staff. Then I called the producer. And said that I am here because of my looks and talent. This can give me a great job. And then I was thrown out of the film.'
Isha told that her image was tarnished so much that she had to give up many projects. But they don't feel the slightest bit of sorrow for that. He is definitely sad that he had to compromise with small roles in the early stages of his film career.
